She is an expert in story-driven marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, brand messaging and content, email and social media marketing, media relations and public relations, and analytics-informed performance reporting. Shanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Professional Studies from Georgetown University.
